First of all, PJ was fantastic. He's a consummate pro with years of experience. He made the entire experience (trying as it was) as smooth as humanly possible. I have already referred him to numerous friends and relatives. Also, having the Tacoma office provided much needed flexibility. Loved it.

Good selection of houses to look at, excellent follow-up with forms, paperwork etc...PJ really listened to our wishes and wants in selecting the houses to look at. He was very accommodating for our limited available time.

The home buying/searching process can be stressful, but we knew PJ was looking for the type of home we wanted because he had our best interest at heart. He stuck to our budget, which was very important, but did open our eyes a bit in terms of location - he kept us relatively close to where we wanted to be, but was realistic with us about our ideal location maybe not working out due to houses in that area being out of our budget. He found us a great home in a great neighborhood; we are very happy.
